Ievgeniia Bouchard
Sales Representative
I am Ievgeniia Bouchard, a real estate agent in the vibrant Cold Lake area. Originally from Ukraine, I moved to Canada 13 years ago and I have since embraced the beauty and community of this small lake town. Being an immigrant myself, I understand firsthand the challenges and triumphs that come with starting anew in a different country. My journey has fuelled my passion for helping newcomers find their perfect home in this beautiful area. My fluent knowledge of English, Ukrainian, and Russian helps me effectively bridge communication gaps, ensuring that all clients feel understood and supported. My extensive background in customer service taught me how to implement people-first approach and build long lasting trusted relationship with clients.
