Including a Marketing background from NAIT, 10 years of new home design, marketing and construction with Sundance Master Builders, “Flipping Homes” buying renovating and selling, plus creating a rental portfolio focused on cash flow. These experiences enhance the ability to recognize an opportunity, and capitalize on it for both buying and selling and especially in Negotiations. Every market presents several opportunities.
