Born and raised in St. John’s, Newfoundland, Neesha Brown’s path to real estate has been shaped by independence, hard work, and a passion for helping others. At 16, she moved on her own to rural Alberta, settling in Marwayne while finishing high school and working at the local post office. That experience laid the foundation for the dedication and resilience she brings to her clients today. After graduation, Neesha spent nearly a decade in the agricultural industry with a John Deere dealership near Provost, gaining valuable insight into rural living, farming operations, and the needs of Alberta families and acreage owners. She later pursued her interest in law, earning her Paralegal diploma with distinction in Lloydminster. Neesha eventually settled in Vermilion, where she and her husband, Royce, are raising their two children and building a life rooted in family and community. Inspired by a desire to help people through major life milestones, she entered real estate and quickly found her calling. Licensed since 2022, Neesha has earned credentials in Residential, Commercial, Agricultural/Farm, and Property Management real estate, as well as her Associate Broker designation in Alberta. She also holds the Canadian Certified Green Representative (CCGR) designation, allowing her to help clients navigate energy-efficient upgrades, sustainable housing features, and green building opportunities. Known for her approachable nature, strong communication, and strategic mindset, Neesha is committed to providing a transparent, stress-free experience built on trust and results. She has successfully listed and sold properties throughout Vermilion, Lloydminster, Mannville, Marwayne, Innisfree, Islay, Minburn, and surrounding communities.
