I am Terri Drynan and I thank you for visiting my website. Here are some things you should know about me. I was born and raised in Edmonton but have resided in Leduc for the past 38 years. Prior to my very passionate career in Real Estate, I worked in the Oil & Gas Industry for 15 years. I am very excited to be a part of the amazing team of associates at RE/MAX Real Estate. In November of 2017, I purchased the RE/MAX Real Estate Leduc Brokerage. This brings exciting new challenges, but at the same time I will continue providing my expertise in the following areas: Leduc, Devon, Calmar, Thorsby, Warburg, Millet, Nisku, Edmonton, Stony Plain, Spruce Grove, St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Wetaskiwin, and the surrounding areas. I am fully licensed in Residential, Rural, and Commercial Real Estate. What you can expect from me when buying or selling your home is the promise to provide you with professional, friendly, ethical and proficient service. I want to earn your business by building that strong client–realtor relationship to ensure that all your needs are being met. Communication is key in order to guarantee that your most important transaction is done the way YOU feel comfortable with. I can promise you that I will help you to determine what the best decision will be when it comes to your real estate needs. My experience and knowledge in the real estate market allows me to provide a thorough, current, market analysis in order to allow you to make the right decision. I am very passionate about what I do and I will always be honest, even if that means communicating to you that it may not be the right time to sell your home. My credentials include the Accredited Buyer Representative designation by the Real Estate Buyers Agent Council of the National Association of Realtors. The ABR® requires a realtor to complete extra courses related to buyers markets. I am also an educated member of the I.R.E.S.®, which allows me to co-ordinate and co-operate with real estate global.
