I'm a local Campbell Riverite Born and raised! I've lived here in Campbell River most of my life - with a few of my college years living in Victoria, BC & Alberta - Those years showed me how special this place really is! Being a local I have the knowledge you need when selecting the perfect neighbourhood. To me, Campbell River means family, friends and the most beautiful place in the world! My husband and I purchased our first home when we were 24 with help from family. Years later we jumped into building a Custom Home where we now live with our little boy and our not so "pocket" American Pocket Bully Louis!! I can personally relate to how Buyers and Sellers are feeling after being on both sides of that equation myself! I've got the advice and strategies you need to make your next move. With over 9 years in the Real Estate Business now I've been able to further my education, serve on the Vancouver Island Real Estate Board, and help many buyers and sellers from all backgrounds and financial situations to buy and sell. It's been a true honour to work with MANY previous colleagues who are always referring their friends and family to me - the BIGGEST compliment as I base my business from client referrals and I've been lucky to have had excellent success in that approach. I value every client & referral! I really appreciate the fact that every client made the choice to work with me - and I am always grateful to have clients trusting me with their business. In 2024 I won an award in our office Called the Spirit of the West; for my volunteer contributions to community events and fundraising; I'll be honest - thats the most proud I've been of an award in this business.
