With more than three decades in commercial real estate, Charles Wiebe has built his career almost entirely in the investment, industrial, and commercial sectors. Licensed since 1989, he brings a rare combination of technical expertise, market insight, and seasoned negotiation experience to every assignment. Born and raised in Abbotsford, Charles began his professional journey in engineering, earning a Diploma in Technology in Chemical and Metallurgical Engineering from BCIT. He was recruited to Shell Canada Resources Ltd. in Calgary, where he worked in materials engineering and became involved in land leasing for production operations. That early exposure to complex lease structures and asset requirements laid the foundation for his transition into commercial real estate—an industry where he has since become a recognized leader. Charles has remained deeply engaged in the profession throughout his career. He is a Past President of the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board, Past Chair of the BC Commercial Council, and Past Chair of the Commercial Division of the FVREB. His involvement at the board and industry level reflects his belief that a broad, collaborative understanding of the market is essential to delivering informed, strategic advice to clients. His contributions have been widely recognized. Charles is a recipient of the Order of Abbotsford, a consistent Medallion Club member (Top 10%), and a 2017 CoStar Power Broker Award winner in the Vancouver market. Today, he serves as Broker/Owner and Managing Broker of REMAX Commercial Advantage, where he leads with a steady, pragmatic approach and a commitment to results.
