raised, Erin has deep personal and professional ties to her community,

giving her a thorough understanding of the region’s unique real estate market.

Graduating with a degree in Sociology, Erin worked at a Notary Public Office while

earning her license as a Realtor from UBC Sauder School of Business. With an acute

eye for design, and a passion for crafting beautiful spaces, Erin found a way to integrate

her design aesthetic with her applied business knowledge to launch a burgeoning

career in real estate. Erin launched her career by collaborating with a real estate team

for 4 years, earning multiple sales awards, including Rookie of the Year in 2015,

Medallion status for 2 years and Associate of the Year in 2019. With Erin’s remarkable

achievements and a growing repertoire of skills under her belt, Erin ventured out as an

independent realtor in 2020, specializing in resale properties across the Tri-Cities and

Maple Ridge. Today, Erin continues to widen her scope with growing expertise in both

resales and presales across the Lower Mainland. With a results-driven practice guided

by the principles of integrity, determination and tireless hard work, Erin dedicates her
