Ian Wiggins – Realtor | Firefighter | Outdoor Enthusiast - Raised on a farm in South Langley, I’ve always had a strong connection to the land. From working with horses and cattle to working on a 5,500-tree apple orchard, I grew up understanding the value of property, hard work, and rural living—experience I now bring to my real estate career. Before becoming a REALTOR, I spent 10 years in the trades, earning a Red Seal certification in Sheet Metal Fabrication. I later transitioned into public service and currently serve as a professional firefighter with the City of Surrey. My background in the trades, emergency services, and rural life gives me a unique perspective and a practical, grounded approach to real estate—especially when it comes to acreages and lifestyle properties. Outside of work, I’m deeply involved in the community. I enjoy volunteering with the fire department charities and coaching my son’s baseball team. I’m also a proud father of two, and I love spending time outdoors with my family, exploring the natural beauty of the Fraser Valley.
