About Me

Linda got her start in real estate in 2007, having always dreamed of becoming a Realtor and from the onset her

priority was putting her clients’ needs first & going the extra mile to deliver the best experience possible. Whether that meant

offering professional staging advice, providing expert marketing support, or putting her high-level negotiating skills to work,

Linda’s presence throughout the process is a reassuring reminder of the commitment she brings to every transaction.

While experienced in all areas of residential real estate, her passion is marketing waterfront properties, including ocean

& lakefront homes where her knowledge as a member of the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing comes to the forefront. She’s been awarded multiple MLS Awards, a Masters Award, along with the distinction of earning a spot in the Million Dollar Guild for Sales Achievement - & it’s this experience that helps to calm her clients during stressful moments.

Outside of real estate Linda devotes her time to the “Rock 4 A Reason” Charitable Society where her desire to help others and

raise money for an important cause shine through. “I’m REALLY proud to be a director and co-founding member of “ROCK 4 A REASON”, which in the last 2 years has raised over $134,000 for the BC Cancer Foundation here in Victoria. Our group, consisting of friends who decided to put on a ‘little fundraiser’, built a stage in my backyard & we’ve hosted Randy Bachman, Tal Bachman, Prism, Doug & the Slugs, & many more bands for a fun ‘music festival’ style evening to raise funds for cancer equipment and research. I lost my mother to cancer almost 19 years ago, & the impact of that drives me to want to help others battling today.”
