Hi, I am Max. …. Maxine, Max, Maxi, Mom, Aunty, Grandma, Mama Wolfe, ..... I answer to them all! I am blessed and I am grateful. I am a Rocky Mountain original. I was born in Fernie, and have enjoyed or worked in all the small towns in the area I understand why you want to be here ..... it is beautiful here. Growing up in the East Kootenays I have enjoyed the majestic mountain views, the clear water and the clean air, the trails, the rivers, the creeks, the lakes, the lay-back lifestyle of the Kootenays. As the Kootenays have been discovered, our area has become the destination for many activities ..... the world has come to us. We have so many unique businesses and services in our small towns now. We welcome business, and host tourism .... and when those tourists make the Kootenays their home, it is the best of both. My working life started out in nursing. I changed paths to owning and operating a hotel and changed paths again to Real Estate. This career path has afforded me insight into many interactions with all kinds of people and personalities. I have been in Real Estate for over 25+ years. I believe most people don't know what they really want -- but they certainly know what they don't want. So, we will look at lots of properties -- we will see what you don't like -- and eventually we will find the perfect property for you I live rural, between the cities Fernie and Cranbrook - this gives me experience in the city and rural aspects of our local Real Estate Market.
