I’m a business lawyer and Realtor® in BC with 34+ years of deal experience, now serving as General Counsel and a Realtor® at RE/MAX Commercial Advantage. I help entrepreneurs and investors buy, sell, and lease businesses and commercial properties across British Columbia—bringing legal precision, practical negotiation, and clear strategy to every file. Over the years I’ve handled thousands of transactions in franchising, mergers & acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and commercial leasing. I also teach Business Brokerage Essentials approved by BCREA for Professional Development Program as part of my advocacy to mandate training and practice standards for our business brokerage industry.
