Mick Thandi here. I'm a REALTOR® with RE/MAX Camosun, helping buyers and sellers across Greater Victoria, the Cowichan Valley, and the Mid Island. My island roots go back to my early teens, when my family moved from northern BC to Port Alberni. I spent my formative summers exploring central Vancouver Island, and I've called this place home ever since. That history shapes how I work. I know these communities, the neighbourhoods, the trade-offs between Cobble Hill and Mill Bay, between Cordova Bay and Cadboro Bay, between a 1980s post-and-beam in Metchosin and a brand-new build in Goldstream. Most of my work is with people who already know they want to live here. Mainland families looking for more space and less commute. Out-of-province buyers ready for the lifestyle change. Local clients looking to right-size, upsize, or move closer to the water. I've earned RE/MAX Hall of Fame and Platinum Club status, but the work I'm proudest of is the long relationships, the repeat clients, and the families who refer their parents and their friends.
