Nancy Ball was first introduced to real estate as a child when her parents began flipping homes. When she made her first foray into the real estate market at 21, she learned what it was like to get her feet wet as a buyer. Soon thereafter, she graduated from Mount Royal College in the Real Estate Agents' Program.

Early in her career, Nancy adopted a philosophy of putting her clients first and caring for their needs. Because of her dedication to her clients and her profession, she has become one of the Top 10 Producers within her first 3 years in real estate.  In 2005, Nancy was awarded the Silver Award, Gold Award and Platinum Award in 2006 where she ranked #18 our of 600 Realtors. In 2014, Nancy won both the President's Platinum Award & Director's Platinum Club for her contributions to her clients. She became one of the youngest, highest producing females in her entire company. Today, Nancy remains a Top 10 Producer, in fact she earned #3 Office Producer 2 years in a row and became #10 overall province wide for the company. Nancy has been featured in MoneySense Magazine and The Globe & Mail.

A Contributor to Her Community

As busy as she is, Nancy still finds the time to give back by helping with community development projects and fundraising events. She has been volunteering with seniors' groups since age 18 and, in March 2004, she began volunteering with her local Community Association. Since that time, she has coordinated a Fun Money Casino Night & Silent Auction, which has raised thousands of dollars towards building a new building named Glam Shack by its members. She also volunteered her time to write the community newsletter FOCUS and started a Seniors Corner program in 2007 after seeing a need for a program for seniors. What started with two members soon grew to a group of 50 seniors who gather ten times per year to converse and enjoy food and entertainment.
