A born and raised West Coaster, Nico and her family made the Sunshine Coast their forever home in 2017 from Deep Cove, after many years of travel and adventure. Nico loves helping both locals and the “coastally curious” find their piece of this little paradise we live in and brings a solutions-based, results-driven approach to every deal thanks to her extensive background in business ownership, project management and residential real estate ownership. She works carefully with her buyers and sellers to focus on the lifestyle and specific results they want to achieve from their next move in real estate. Armed with in-depth market knowledge, battle-tested negotiation skills, and sheer, unbridled enthusiasm for her profession, Nico has already risen to be included in the top 10% of realtors in the entire Greater Vancouver area within her first few years in the industry. In her spare time, she’s an avid runner, potter, dog lover, and active volunteer in a number of organizations & school projects around the coast.
