She grew up in Sooke and then lived in the Victoria area, including James Bay, Fairfield and Metchosin, before returning to her hometown of Sooke to raise her children. Being a true Sooke local she has a wealth of knowledge and experience of the area to share. Pachena is dedicated to contributing positively to her community. She has a background in healthcare, has been a foster parent, a small business owner and a passionate volunteer and nonprofit board member. Pachena puts her whole heart into everything she does.
