This year's market has been "balanced" on the whole, offering good conditions to sell and with the overnight lending rate holding at 2.25% purchasing power continues to improve. With 18 year's experience as a real estate agent in the Okanagan and Shuswap markets, I moved to the BC Interior from Alberta 24 years ago and built an 11-unit waterfront strata on Mara Lake.
