As a lifelong Cloverdale resident, Reiko understands the unique value this community offers. She continues to live, support, and promote the community. Upon graduating high school, Reiko attended Kwantlen Polytechnic University for marketing prior to obtaining her real estate license. Reiko previously worked in New Development Sales for two years, prior to joining the Phillips & Munro Real Estate Team (formally known as the Kim Phillips Real Estate Team) in 2016. Reiko feels that maintaining strong relationships with her clients and peers is key to her success. Her clients speak of her professionalism and dedicated work ethic. These character traits have allowed her to establish a comfort level and trust with a diverse range of clients. Reiko’s favourite aspect of real estate revolves around successful negotiations. She values the opportunity to address her clients’ real estate needs in a fun and personalized way. At home, Reiko loves to spend time with her husband, Mike. Passionate about travel, the pair have visited many places throughout the years, their favourite being Vietnam and Thailand. As Reiko is half Japanese, visiting Japan is at the top of her travel bucket list. Reiko loves to spoil her rescue pup, Penny, read, ride her Peloton, and spend time with family and friends.
