After relocating from Calgary to Vancouver Island in 2013, Samantha found her home in Parksville with her two sons. Having fallen in love with the West Coast lifestyle, she now shares her passion for this stunning region with those seeking a new home.

Samantha’s interest in real estate ignited in 2002 when she purchased and renovated her first home alongside her father. From redesigning kitchen layouts to hands-on projects like grouting tiles, she understands the intricacies of homeownership and investment, bringing a unique perspective to her work as a REALTOR®.

Before transitioning to real estate, Samantha honed her skills in the Corporate real estate sector for 10 years. She gained invaluable experience managing leasing agreements, providing support to landlords and tenants, and developing strong vendor relationships across AB and BC. This background has given her a sharp attention to detail and an ability to navigate complex transactions smoothly ensuring her clients receive exceptional service at every step. Her organizational and multitasking abilities, make her particularly adept at managing the fast-paced, often high-pressure nature of real estate transactions.

In addition to her professional expertise, Samantha is deeply committed to her community. She serves as the VP of the Seaview Elementary School PAC & volunteers as a Scouter with Scouts Canada. When she’s not helping her clients, she’s exploring the outdoors, whether it’s snowboarding at Mount Washington, boating around the Gulf Islands, or paddleboarding on Shuswap Lake.
