Since moving to Fort Nelson 40 short years ago….three weeks into her grade 11 year, Fort Nelson (Northern Rockies Regional Municipality) has been Sandy Hart’s HOME town! Not only did Sandy graduate from high school here, she also raised her three incredible children here.

Driven by her core values of Integrity, Service, and Excellence, having helped more than a thousand Fort Nelson families and newcomers buy and sell with the highest standards of professionalism, joy and fun and at the same time, least amount of stress possible Sandy became a multi-international award winning, now 29-year veteran realtor™ in this remote northern market population of under 5000.

Sandy loves her clients and truly prioritizes THEIR best interests over her own.

Through her great results and sound reputation, in her first 4 years as a RE/MAX agent, Sandy achieved Chairman’s Club ™, RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award™, and soared to #14 on the very prestigious RE/MAX of Western Canada’s Top 100 List ™, which out of 6600 RE/MAX of Western Canada agents is top .002%.

Sandy won’t be outworked and loves giving back. She volunteers her time to sit on the BC Northern Real Estate Boards Professional Standards Committee.
