Hello and thanks for stopping by! My name is Shaun Everest and I take pride in providing honest, dependable advice and assistance in residential and agricultural real estate throughout the Central Okanagan Valley. My promise to you is to actively listen to your wants, needs and wishes and not rest until they have been met. I joined the Geen + Byrne Real Estate Team in January 2021. Together with Jerry Geen, Elya Byrne and our full-time assistant Hedy, we offer comprehensive real estate advice to Buyers and Sellers of residential properties, farms, orchards, vineyards and acreages. I have lived in various parts of the Okanagan Valley for over 24 years and believe it is second-to-none as a place to live and grow. I raised my family here and have no regrets about relocating here from Ontario in 1987. With a short stop in Vancouver to complete my Master’s Degree in Business Administration I got lucky when my employer transferred me to Kelowna in 1991. A good deal of my time was spent working in the British Columbia wine industry where I managed one of the Okanagan’s leading estate wineries. Happily married for 21 years to Dawn who works for the fundraising arm of the Kelowna General Hospital, we have three wonderful children, Joshua, Matthew and Sophie. In our spare time we love to travel -- we’re novice RVers -- and you are likely to see us on the curling ice in the winter.
