Daniel is a long-time resident of Hamilton, having immigrated from Iran with his family at a young age. Proud of his Assyrian heritage, he was raised in a hardworking, community-oriented environment that continues to shape his values today. Fluent in both English and Assyrian, Daniel is able to connect with a diverse range of clients and provide clear, effective communication throughout every transaction. A graduate of Mohawk College with a diploma in Architecture, Daniel is also a member of the Ontario Association of Certified Engineering Technicians & Technologists (OACETT), reflecting his strong technical background and industry knowledge. He began his career working with consulting firms and construction companies, where he gained hands-on experience in design and construction coordination. His expertise in architecture and land development has contributed to a variety of private development and infrastructure projects across the Golden Horseshoe. With a deep appreciation for Hamilton’s growth and opportunity, Daniel transitioned into real estate, earning his REALTOR® license to take a more active role in the city’s future. In addition to helping clients buy and sell properties, he invests in the community through rental properties and home renovations, contributing to the ongoing development of Hamilton as a great place to live and raise a family.
