Kerry was born and raised in Sarnia-Lambton to a family deeply rooted in local Real Estate. As a second generation Realtor®, Kerry was taught to “Always do more than what is expected, and you will never fail’. This lesson has provided Kerry a solid foundation to grow very organically into her career. After post-secondary graduation, Kerry began education towards real estate licensing. During this period, she began working at a local Parkbridge land lease community, Bluewater Country; quickly expanding their reach on the local market by focusing on core marketing strategies while engaging buyers and sellers with a down-to-earth, no pressure approach. She was an integral part of that team growing from a Salesperson rapidly into a home construction role. Kerry was the builder representative for Parkbridge Lifestyle Communities with the Sarnia Lambton Home Builders Association as well as managed three of Parkbridge’s Southwest Ontario prominent construction portfolios as Southwest Ontario region Construction and Warranty Coordinator. Kerry worked on Parkbridge’s first “Green Field” project to collaborate on the development of a nearly 500 home community. At her peak, Kerry was overseeing the planning and building of more than 90 homes annually. Since 2010, Kerry has been fundamentally involved in more than 500 builds and transactions across SW Ontario and traded more than $125 million in local real estate. With her experience, Kerry has connected with many referral partners within the community to create and lead clients through a transaction that is focused on providing the best possible service. Buying a home in Sarnia-Lambton was a natural move for Kerry’s family. Kerry is actively involved volunteering and has been on the Habitat for Humanity Sarnia-Lambton’s Board of Directors since January of 2019. In her free time, Kerry loves to create culinary masterpieces in her home kitchen and enjoy the great outdoors with her spouse, Charles and sons; Arlo & Casey.
