Shawn Schertzing was born and raised in the beautiful Niagara Region. With 15 years in Port Colborne, four in St. Catharines, and now calling Fort Erie home, Niagara isn’t just where Shawn lives — it’s where he thrives.

As the respected leader of Team Zing at RE/MAX Niagara Realty Ltd., Shawn brings a wealth of experience, professionalism, and genuine care to every client interaction. Prior to his career in real estate, he spent over 17 years as co-owner of a local construction company specializing in new subdivision builds and road reconstruction. Most recently, he served as the general contractor for his own family’s dream home — involved from the initial design to the final finishing touches — further sharpening his eye for detail and quality.
