Steve Flemming is a local York region resident with more than a decade of experience in real estate. He received his bachelor’s degree in economics from Laurentian University in 1996. After holding a prestigious position in automotive finance in downtown Toronto, Steve decided he wanted to work more closely with people, and earned his real estate licence in 2008, launching Flemming Properties and specializing in residential, rural, commercial, farmland, relocation, and many other types of real estate transactions. Steve lives in Mount Albert with his wife Melissa of 17 years and their two sons, where he serves as a volunteer firefighter, plays golf, baseball and volleyball, and drives exotic vehicles. Steve’s negotiation skills, years of experience, and a passion to provide a level of customer service beyond expectation are the keys to his success, earning him plenty of referrals and repeat business.
