Steve Knowles first became licensed in 1989 and immediately began working for Re/Max as he believed strongly in the Re/Max business model. Steve has been involved in a wide range of real estate transactions, from vacant land, farms, residential, condo and new developments, with values ranging from 50K to over 3M. Steve is a firm believer in on-going education and training, as the market place is constantly changing. "In order to be successful, you must adapt and keep well ahead of the market curve". Steve obtained his Brokers license in 2004 and he has served on the Board of Directors with the Canadian Condominium Institute Huronia Chapter for many years. Through various new development projects - including "Grand Harbour", "Water View", "Nautica", and most recently "LAKhouse" - Steve has had the privilege and opportunity of working with some very talented Sales and Marketing teams. Steve is happily married to his beautiful wife Michelle and they have two great boys who all enjoy being outdoors for cottage time, sports, fishing, snow sports, water skiing, golf, hockey & baseball.
