Regina continuously enhances her expertise through professional development. She earned the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation in 2012 and the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designation in 2011 from the National Association of REALTORS®. Additionally, she has completed advanced training in Contract Law, Condominiums, Commercial Real Estate, New Home Construction, and Home Staging. Her studies in Architectural Design Concepts, under esteemed architect Colette Nap, enable her to help clients envision a property’s full potential beyond its existing structure.
