Hi, I’m Hayley! :)

I took the scenic route to real estate. After 15 years working in hospital security—dealing with high-stress situations, conflict resolution, and more than a few chaotic moments—I made a major career pivot. It started on a whim-I knew I still wanted to work with people because that’s always been my thing: connection, conversation, and helping wherever I can.

I grew up in London, Ontario, but these days I call Cap-Pelé, New Brunswick home. I moved here five years ago and instantly fell in love with the kind of small community where everyone knows each other, the bakery knows your usual, and I can drive my golf cart straight to the ocean with my dog in the passenger seat.

Speaking of which—Rory is my Giant Schnauzer and self-appointed Chicken Mama. She takes her job very seriously. Echo, my tortoiseshell cat, has been my sidekick for nearly 19 years and is still full of attitude. Between them and my flock of chickens, there’s never a dull moment at my place.

When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me at a concert (I’ve been to a lot), in my garden, sailing with my husband, or listening to a true crime podcast while Googling weird psychology facts. I love biographies, I love brains, and I love a good story—which might be why my friends describe me as approachable, charming, and a bit of a storyteller. They’re not wrong. I’ve also got a little-known party trick: I’m a really good singer.

So that’s me—real estate agent, people person, and probably the only person you know who’s broken up a hospital fight and belted out some Queen in the same lifetime!
