The best method to navigate Upper Lands is usually a car. It is very easy to access a parking spot, and the majority of homes for sale are a very short car ride from the nearest highway, such as Trans-Canada Highway. However, Upper Lands is not very transit friendly. Thankfully, the neighbourhood is linked by a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far from most properties. Most homes for sale in this part of the municipality are located in areas that are not very well-suited for pedestrians since most daily needs are impractical to meet without a vehicle. The bike is a rather limited means of transportation in Upper Lands as the cycling network is somewhat poor, and there is a significant amount of slopes.
