With 19 years experience in the Real Estate industry, Karen is excited assist the public in their real estate endeavours.

As a Real Estate agent for 10 years and 9 years previously in the office administration department for prestigious real estate offices, she felt she would be a tremendous asset to the real estate community.

Karen has an education in Business Administration in accounting at the College of the North Atlantic in 2005. In her first year completion of school training she was hired as a temp at Real Estate Agency in 2006.

The second year Karen found a full time permanent position as a receptionist in a Real Estate office setting in 2007. From there she showed confidence, willingness to learn, passion and devotion to her position that management decided to promote her to the Administrator. The final position held at was the Deal Coordinator in 2010.

She then came across a position in 2011 as an office coordinator for a several prestegious real estate agents, who saw potential in her skills and willingness to learn, inevitably hiring her as their realtor assistant.

Karen found herself in a position with the knowledge, intuition, and drive to further her experience by becoming a REALTOR in 2015. Working in the industry, pounding the pavement everyday to connect with businesses and clients with their real estate needs .

Her initiative is to adapt to change and to provide the public the knowledge to assist the buying and selling of Real Estate in Newfoundland and Labrador. With her honesty, reliability, consistency, loyalty, and her full undivided attention to their Real Estate needs, she has the drive to make your dreams a reality.
