Hi, I’m Tiffany Clarke, a Realtor® who truly understands what it means to relocate to Newfoundland. I first visited in 2009 with my Newfoundland-born husband, and I knew right away this was where I wanted to raise my family. Years later, we made the move from Ontario—and I’ve never looked back. That experience gives me firsthand insight into the challenges and rewards of starting fresh on “the Rock.” Alongside real estate, I own a kitchen cabinet company in the Corner Brook area, where I design, measure, and supply affordable kitchens for homeowners. This business gives me valuable knowledge about construction, renovation potential, and helping buyers and investors see opportunity where others might not. As a real estate investor, I’ve built a portfolio of rental and commercial properties. I love helping clients—whether they’re investors, first-time buyers, or families relocating—make confident, informed decisions. I specialize in relocations, rental properties, new builds, and homes that need a little vision to shine. I’m a lifelong learner who believes in constant growth. Over the next year, I’m working toward my Property Inspector certification to deepen my understanding of homes and better support my clients. While I can’t offer inspections as a Realtor®, this knowledge helps me guide buyers and sellers with confidence and care. I became a Realtor® because I love the home-buying process—the layouts, the stories, the craftsmanship—and because I value helping people achieve goals I’ve set for myself and my family.
