My passion for real estate began when my wife, Shannon, and I purchased our first home and later converted it into a rental property. Watching families turn houses into homes, and seeing many of our tenants become lifelong friends, showed me just how rewarding this profession could be. Before becoming a REALTOR®, I spent more than 30 years in sales, marketing, and leadership, ultimately serving as Vice President of National Sales. Those years taught me the importance of trust, preparation, negotiation, and exceptional service—skills I now bring to every real estate transaction.
