Gouda’s real estate career started since 2004 in Dubai, where he gained experience in different departments in the industry. He continued his journey after moving to Canada and worked in residential and commercial leasing for over 5 years in Nova Scotia. The success he achieved coupled with the feeling of helping others inspired him to take the next step to become a licensed REALTOR®️.

Gouda’s business is built on communication, dedication, and transparency. This recipe has helped him rise to become successful in other areas of his career life, and real estate is no different. Gouda’s studies in marketing and economy nourished his career and enriched his understanding of the Canadian real estate market. Helping people to fulfill their dream of homeownership has always been his main passion.
