Hey! I’m Samantha, born and raised in HRM. I bought my first home at 19 years old—young, excited, and ready to start a life of my own. I chose that first home based on the crisp look of the white trim… laughable, I know. Like many first-time buyers, I was blinded by the excitement of “adulting” and didn’t yet know what to look for. That experience quickly taught me how important it is to look beyond the surface and truly do your research. Today, that lesson drives how I serve my clients—by digging deep, going the extra mile, and making sure their experience is everything they hope for and more. Seventeen years and two children later, I’ve learned so much along the way. While working throughout HRM as a letter carrier with Canada Post, I spent years getting to know different neighborhoods and connecting with people in many communities. I love building relationships and helping others, which is exactly what real estate means to me. I’m a down-to-earth, organized, fun-loving gal with a meticulous eye for detail (and yes, a bit of a perfectionist). I care deeply, aim to please, and won’t let you down. Helping people is my passion, and I’m known for going above and beyond. I’m especially passionate about working with first-time homebuyers—making sure they feel informed, supported, and confident every step of the way (not just impressed by the white trim). Your buying or selling experience should be smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable from start to SOLD. When I’m not working, I’m a wife and mom of two teenagers. I love cleaning, organizing, exercising, and spending time in nature—especially walking through the woods with my little dog, Louie. I’m a RE/MAX Nova Realtor focused on relationships and results.
