April is a graduate of the Humber Real Estate Salesperson Program and a Licensed Real Estate Sales representative. April has the motivation, drive and adaptability it takes to be an exceptional realtor in an ever changing market. She has an eye for potential which makes for a creative and positive spin on making sure her clients see their fullest potential in their real estate endeavours.

Prior to becoming a realtor April spent 10 years in her Dental Hygiene career, working side by side individuals helping them build confidence in something so important that we often take for granted, our smile. “I tend to say I’ve always been interested in real estate, but theres a big difference between interested and committed. I knew one day I would transition into a career in real estate, now I finally have, and I want to help others smile in a different way now, by achieving their real estate dreams.”

Her experience working in the health care setting allowed her to build a repertoire of interpersonal skills, and thoroughly understands the importance of attention to detail. Much like in the medical field, a well informed client empowers them to make the best possible decision for their specific situation. “I feel that business should be built on communication, dedication, and transparency. I want my clients to feel how my patients did in the dental office, well informed, well understood, and in safe hands.”

April has been making the right real estate moves, investing time and sweat equity in her personal investments over the past 9 years and understands what it takes.
