With deep roots in Muskoka and more than 20 years of real estate experience, Brian Guerriero has built a reputation for thoughtful advice, strong market knowledge, and a calm, client-focused approach. Specializing in residential, waterfront, and recreational properties throughout Muskoka, Brian is known for helping clients navigate important real estate decisions with confidence and clarity. Originally introduced to Muskoka as a cottager in 1986, Brian made the area his permanent home in 1998 after university. Before beginning his real estate career with RE/MAX in 2005, he worked with the Town of Gravenhurst in both the Parks and Planning Departments, gaining valuable insight into the region’s communities, development, and unique waterfront landscape. In 2010, Brian fulfilled a lifelong entrepreneurial goal by co-founding Enjoy Muskoka Realty, where he served as co-owner and Broker of Record for 11 years. His leadership helped establish the brokerage as a respected, community-minded company known for professionalism and personalized service. In 2021, Brian returned to the Gravenhurst office of RE/MAX Professionals North to focus fully on serving his clients once again. Brian’s dedication and results have earned him both the RE/MAX Platinum Award and induction into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame in 2025. Clients value his honest communication, strategic thinking, and deep understanding of the Muskoka market, whether buying a first home, selling a family cottage, or searching for a waterfront retreat. Brian lives in Bracebridge with his wife and four children. When he’s not working with clients, he enjoys spending time at his Georgian Bay cottage and volunteering with the Muskoka Aquatic Club.
