A lifelong resident of Southern Niagara, Chris Wills could not imagine being anywhere else to raise his family. Chris comes from a family of carpenters, and from a young age was interested in buildings, architecture, and worked in residential construction. Following his education in Architectural Technology, Chris spent many years as a Project Manager in commercial construction. Chris uses his knowledge and appreciation for construction, to help clients make informed decisions about their homes. He also enjoys guiding clients to seeing the value and potential in a home, as well as using his knowledge to uncover facets of a house that may otherwise go unnoticed. With his connections in the industry, Chris also continues to provide consultation for builders and homeowners seeking to develop property, improve value, or make their houses feel more like home.
