Dave has spent his entire life in St. Catharines and he knows Niagara. After high school, Dave entered the workforce first in telemarketing, then in sales and most recently as a YouTube personality hosting shows for a very successful gaming company.

But all his life, Dave has been surrounded by real estate. He grew up in a real estate household. His Dad is a successful Broker and real estate investor. Dave has seen first hand the power of real estate investment and the importance of home ownership. Consequently, Dave made the decision to dedicate his life to helping others find their perfect home or start and build their investment portfolios.
