Hi, I’m Erin Boynton-Seeley, Broker-Owner of RE/MAX Summit Group Realty and Team Lead of the EBS Summit Group. Real estate has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up in Eugenia, listening to my parents talk deals over dinner, flipping through thick MLS books, and spending time at their office in Flesherton. You could say I was raised on real estate. Since becoming licensed in 2000, I’ve been helping families buy and sell homes across Grey County, including Grey Highlands, Chatsworth, West Grey, Southgate, Flesherton, Feversham, Eugenia, Markdale, and Priceville. These communities aren’t just on my signs, they’re part of my story. Over the years, I’ve worked with every type of buyer and seller, but my passion is guiding families through life’s transitions. Whether it’s upsizing, downsizing, or reshaping a home to fit your stage of life, I specialize in helping people revise their size with confidence. Having raised four kids (and now enjoying time with my four grandbabies), I know firsthand how family life evolves and how important it is for your home to evolve with it. With over two and a half decades of experience, local knowledge you can count on, and certifications as a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), I bring both professionalism and perspective to every transaction. When I’m not working, you’ll find me on the water, travelling to take in beautiful scenery around the world, or enjoying every moment I can with my grandbabies.
