Licensed Full Time Real Estate Professional. Trained by MFO to sell homes faster and for more money! My business focuses in providing Real Estate Services to Sellers & Buyers. Educating clients & empowering them, to make the right decisions. I study homes & prices every day as the Real Estate market is forever changing. Having the current and up to date statistics and market information makes all the difference.

My Experience includes, working in sales, new construction & resale, marketing, customer service, kitchen design, renovations, building, understanding and reading blue prints/working drawings, building process and timelines. Owning a Construction & Renovation business earlier in my career, as well as working on a full renovation of my own century old home, provided me with hands on experience, a benefit in dealing with properties today.

I have developed a network of great service providers I pass on to my clients. To mention a few: home inspectors, mortgage specialists, lawyers, interior designers, preferred buyer program for furniture needs, cleaners, lawn care providers, movers, storage, etc.

I work directly with one of the Kitchener-Waterloo’s Largest New Home Builders. During my time with the builder I developed an extensive knowledge of the newest building practices & solutions. I completed various courses on Building Practices, Energy Efficiency & LEED Home building programs, understanding their applications & benefits, for new home construction as well as for retro fits. I continue to attend courses, seminars and workshops to keep up with the changing building science and real estate market. Supporting our community w/Social events is important to me, no matter how big or small. I have been involved with the Polish community and provide my service in both English and Polish languages.
