Trained as a Tool and Die Technologist and Licensed Technician, he has been a licensed Realtor since 1984 with specialized commercial designations. His career includes 15 years with a global automotive manufacturer, where he played a senior national role and helped establish most of Canada’s dealer network. In 1998, he left the corporate sector to help build his wife Kathy Foch’s real estate business into a long-standing top-producing practice in Georgina and York Region. Gary then focused exclusively on commercial real estate, becoming Georgina’s leading commercial sales producer, averaging over $30M annually. He owns multiple corporations, manages a significant investor portfolio, and has led major land assemblies, including much of the Keswick Business Park, the Walmart lands, and over 550 acres of residential development in Sutton, and much more in the area. Active in the community, he has served on numerous boards and is widely regarded as a trusted “go-to” advisor for complex commercial real estate and business solutions in the region.
