Toronto born and raised, she comes from a family that immigrated from Ireland in the 1950s, saving for nearly a decade before purchasing their first home. Witnessing that determination firsthand gave Georgiana a deep appreciation for what homeownership represents and a lasting respect for the immigrant experience. Licensed since the late 1980s, she brings experience, perspective, and a steady calm to every move, whether her clients are buying, selling, or simply exploring what’s next. What sets Georgiana apart is her relationship-first approach. She believes real estate is never just about property; it’s about timing, lifestyle, family, and change. Known for her calm presence, honest advice, and strong negotiation skills, she guides clients through the process with clarity, care, and confidence. She builds lasting relationships grounded in trust, transparency, and genuine care. Guided by the philosophy “Do what you love. Love what you do,” Georgiana serves her clients and community with professionalism, heart, and unwavering dedication. Giving back has always been central to her work. She organizes neighbourhood initiatives such as local garage sales and events in support of charitable causes, and for more than 20 years has hosted annual networking events that bring colleagues together to learn, connect, and collaborate. Deeply committed to the real estate profession, Georgiana has volunteered extensively with the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board, serving on multiple committees over the years. She currently sits as Director for the Eastern District of TRREB, continuing her long-standing dedication to leadership, mentorship, and industry excellence.
