Served as Western Regional Manager , National Sales Manager, Vice President of Sales, General Manager with companies such as J.M. Schneider (meats), Pepsi-Cola Canada, Neilson Chocolates, Hartz Canada and Nestle Canada (O Pee Chee division). Responsible for sales in excess of $100,000,000 and Sales force of over 80 personnel. Has served the Real Estate Industry since 2003. Since entering the industry Gib has consistently performed in the top 6 % to 10% of the agents while employed by Royal LePage and RE/MAX across Canada. He received coveted President' Gold Award in 2004, 2005 and 2006, while serving with Royal LePage and them the Executive Club Award in 2007, 2009 and the coveted 100% Club Award in 2008, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 & 2017. In 2016 Gib was awarded RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award. Gib Teamed up with his wife Mary in October of 2006. Mary, prior to entering the real estate Industry, ran her own Interior deign company & Antique Business based in London. In January 2007, Gib and Mary moved to RE/MAX, the largest Real Estate Company in the World and in Canada
