Jon (Jake) Van De Klippe | REALTOR® Before getting into real estate I spent 20 years in policing, including significant leadership roles in high-risk environments. During my career, I worked on terrorism, homicide, organized crime and national security files, while building strong partnerships with Canada’s international partners. Those experiences shaped the way I approach everything I do. I learned the value of hard work, preparation, integrity, sound decision-making, and staying calm when the pressure is on. I also learned that people need to be able to trust the person standing beside them. I’ve brought that same mindset into real estate. Buying or selling a home is a big decision, and sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned. My job is to be the person in your corner. Someone who works hard, tells you the truth, thinks ahead, negotiates when it matters, and follows through. I take a lot of pride in my work, and I believe that integrity, work ethic and results matter. From 20 years of policing to a new career in real estate with the same mindset: work hard, do the right thing, protect my clients, and get results.
