I have been registered as a salesperson with OREA/CREA since Oct 2011 and as a Broker since December 2013.
My forty plus years experience with financial institutions includes lending, financing, collections and dealing with power of sale and foreclosures across Canada. This also includes dealing with resale of environmental issues such as properties previously used as a Grow House, various issues relating to Title insurance, high ratio mortgages with CMHC and Genworth Financial.
Customer service is my top priority as I assist clients in obtaining the highest price for the sale of their homes as well as locating the new home of their dreams.
