Mark Carvalho has been helping clients buy and sell real estate across the GTA for over 20 years, with a focus on clear advice, strong analysis and a no pressure approach. Before real estate, Mark spent a decade in accounting, completing his CGA while working in public practice. That background still shapes how he works today. He looks beyond surface level details, understands the financial side of every decision, and helps clients think through both the short and long term impact of a move. Mark also has hands on experience in construction and development due to owning both residential and commercial real estate. This gives him a practical understanding of value, risk, and how properties actually perform over time. Clients often describe Mark as patient, straightforward and not pushy. He takes the time to understand what matters, gives honest feedback and focuses on helping clients make decisions they feel confident about, rather than rushing them into something that does not fit. Throughout his career, Mark has earned multiple RE/MAX awards, including the 100% Club, Platinum Club, and Hall of Fame. In 2017, he joined the Johnson Team to further strengthen the level of service and support available to his clients.
