About Me

Hi, I'm Michelle! Real estate is my family and my family is real estate. Over the last 40+ years, my family has established roots in the real estate industry through brokerage ownership, coaching, recruiting and growing their own client relationships. My journey in the industry began in my father's real estate office during the summers in high school, shredding paper, fixing HDMI connections and manually exporting contacts from agents socials. After university, I found myself back with my family growing my experience from helping behind the scenes to working one-on-one with agents to help them understand technology tools and the benefits of social media. After two years of observing the day to day of an agent, I decided to become one! I have been blessed to grow a client circle of first time home buyers, young investors and work with new families looking for the next step in their journey. Today, as an Agent Growth & Digital Marketing Coordinator, I work directly with agents to help them build stronger businesses through training, coaching, and innovative marketing strategies. Whether it's teaching the latest social media techniques, providing CRM support, exploring AI tools, or helping agents create content that reflects who they are, my goal is always the same: to give agents practical solutions that help them grow. I believe that great marketing isn't about the flashiest video or most popular trend, it's about being authentic, building trust, and creating meaningful connections. The most rewarding part of my role is seeing agents gain confidence, embrace new opportunities, and achieve goals they once thought were out of reach. I'm excited to be part of an industry that is constantly evolving, and even more excited to provide new opportunities for agents and clients.
