I’m proud to be the 4th generation of my family to call Saugeen Shores home, with deep roots in the community and a genuine passion for helping others find their place here. After spending six years working in marketing for a large corporation in Toronto, I returned to the area to join my mother, Kate Cammidge-Irwin, as her partner in real estate, bringing fresh perspective and modern strategy to our mother-daughter team. I hold a Commerce degree from Queen’s University, where I specialized in marketing with a minor in negotiations. That background allows me to approach real estate with a strong understanding of market positioning, data-driven strategy, and effective negotiation, whether I’m helping buyers secure the right home or sellers achieve the best possible outcome. Together, we proudly represent two of Saugeen Shores’ premier developments: Southampton Landing, a thoughtfully designed community inspired by our coastal heritage, and Westlinks, a lifestyle-focused golf course community in Port Elgin offering townhomes and single-family homes. I also hold a Home Staging Certificate from Seneca College, which gives my sellers a valuable edge.
