Nicole is a new member to the award-winning, Phillips Team in Cottage Country’s beautiful Parry Sound area. Nicole prides herself on her entrepreneurial spirit, strong interpersonal skills, honesty, passion, and high energy that she brings to the Real Estate world. Nicole started her own business as a young adult, where she won entrepreneur of the year in her first year in business and continued to develop it over several years into a successful venture. She is constantly studying and following current market and financial trends to provide the best customer service, expertise and overall experience for her clients. Nicole has a deep love for the area she lives and works in. She has spent her entire life exploring and immersing herself in the northern way of living, where she understands the lifestyle, pace, and love for the outdoors. Nicole has a passion to work with and help others in different capacities and is known for her integrity, strong work ethic, determination, professionalism and always putting her clients first. Nicole works with clients throughout the expansive district, including local towns and rural areas, the inland lakes and stunning Georgian Bay.
