Rai has been a full-time real estate sales representative since 1986, after graduating with honours in Business Administration. Others were receptive to his positive friendly caring manner which propelled him as an outstanding sales associate. He has been awarded the following: RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement, Hall of Fame, Chairman, Platinum Awards; 100% Club, RE/MAX President's Club, and RE/MAX Executive Club. He has 3 designations that set him above the industry standards. They are SRES - Seniors Real Estate Specialist; SRS - Seller Representative Specialist; and CNE - Certified Negotiation Expert. He has experienced the "ups and downs" in the market over the years and is still convinced that real estate continues to be one of the soundest investments to be made. On a personal note, Rai has been an active member in the community. He was a proud member of Big Brothers of Metro Toronto. He served a 2 year overseas full-time mission to Puerto Rico. He continues to be an active member in his local church where he volunteers numerous hours working with both youth and adults. He proudly supports The Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation, and The Children's Miracle Network Hospitals.
