Married to my charming Scotsman, Ronnie Morris Sr., I’m the proud mother of three grown children—Ronnie Jr., Scott, & Roslynne—& grandmother to 7 granddaughters: Isla & Maude (my wee Roni); step-granddaughters Lola & Asty (Ewa’s girls), & Hannah, Mya & Fyona (Lee-Ann’s girls, Roslynne Is stepmum). The love & support of family, friends & clients have been the foundation of a long & fulfilling career. I started in banking, but after having three kids in four years, I earned my real estate license in 1984 & joined C21 Town Centre under Reg Miles, a tough but invaluable mentor who taught me, “You must make contacts to make contracts.” I threw myself into community clubs, my children’s education, after-school activities & conversations with as many people as possible—building a network that steadily grew into a healthy client list. Four decades later, though some have moved or passed on, many still refer me to others, I’m grateful to keep adding new names. My career took me from C21 to REMAX & Sutton Group where I achieved their highest honors, before managing at Canada Trust. When Canada Trust was sold, Ron, our friend Rick, & I bought a Realty Executives franchise. The market turned tough—high interest rates, low sales—& every penny went into keeping the business afloat for 20 years until I finally closed. Later, working alongside my son Scott, we joined REMAX with Mike Z & his great team, rebuilt our presence but for personal reasons, after 7 years we moved to IPro Realty with former Sutton Group brokers Rui & Fedele, where we enjoyed 5+ years until it was abruptly closed. We are now exactly where we are supposed to be, we're at REMAX-Your Community Realty which is managed by a lovely lady Vivien Rizzi & family - Vivien & I go WAY back to Canada Trust days working together! I truly believe we are HOME!
